Lynn University, a NCAA Division II member and a member of the Sunshine State Conference is currently accepting applications for the position of Coordinator of Athletic Operations.

This position will coordinate team equipment operations while assisting in game management and the coordination of signature athletic events. Reporting to the Assistant Athletics Director for Administration, the selected candidate will additionally support the administrative needs of the athletic director's office.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or a Master's degree. It is essential the candidate possess excellent communication skills, elite organizational ability and keen self-awareness. Additionally, the selected candidate will be able to articulate the Lynn University attributes of Spirit, Service and Strength.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaison with Adidas.
  • Ordering of team apparel and equipment.
  • Responsible for meeting with Adidas on a consistent basis to discuss team ordering cycles and new products.
  • Responsible to meet with each head coach to identify areas of need.
  • Required to work directly with the athletic department business manager to ensure funds are available for requested sport specific product.
  • Serves as a game manager for various home competitions.
  • Assist in the coordination of signature athletics events.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or Master's degree (M. A.).
  • The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, elite organizational ability and keen self-awareness.
